The Beck family (Faye and Brad Beck) continue the family tradition of Real Estate Sales and Management in the  Austin and Central Texas area, after the retirement of Carl Beck, Broker, and local business of owner of 30 years. Faye and Brad manage a select portfolio of Neighborhood Associations, Condominiums, Townhome Communities, Small Apartment Communities, Investment and Rental Properties as well as providing Sales and Brokerage Services.

Brad has 10 years of experience as a sales agent and REALTOR®, and has worked for over 15 years managing single family investment property, commercial property (including investments on Rainey Street), high rise condominiums, and other Homeowners Associations. Faye has Association Management experience for POAs (neighborhood Associations), Condominiums, Investment Properties, and Townhomes.   Additionally, we bring over 10 years of management of non-owned real estate companies and other LLCs.

Our historical management relationships have stability and longevity; some current clients have been with the Beck Family for over 25 years; and transitioned to Urban Tapestry Real Estate Services.  We believe this is due to our unwavering commitment in working with our clients in the joint responsibility to provide a pleasant and communicative living environment for Owners, Residents, Tenants and Investors.
